Note from Kaase
Hey Mama, I see you...
In the carpool line. At the dinner table. In the deep sigh after that eye roll or meltdown. You’re raising a girl in a culture that’s louder than ever, and you’re doing it with grit, grace, and more prayers than you can count. Same, girl. I'm right here in the thick of it too — raising two wildly unique daughters (13 and 11) and learning daily that this tween/teen thing? Whew. It's sacred ground…and serious work.
That’s why I started FR, Let’s Talk — a Q&A-style podcast made just for girls, born from what I saw in this Alpha generation: deep curiosity but total fear around asking hard questions. So I gave them a safe, anonymous space to do just that. Every episode answers their real-life faith questions (even the messy ones) with biblical truth, compassion, and zero shame. Whether they’re asking about identity, sexuality, anxiety, or why God feels silent sometimes — I show up like a big sis with a Bible in one hand and love in the other.
But here's the thing: this space isn't just for your daughter. It’s for you, too.
I’m Kaase (like “sassy” but with a K) — a teen girl coach, speaker, podcast host, and your new girl mom BFF. But more than that? I’m here to link arms with you. I’m not here to parent over you or become the voice in your daughter’s head — I’m here to support the voice she already has at home: yours.
You are raising a world-shaker. And I want to run the race with you.
That’s why I launched FRwd: Coaching for Teen Girls — a 6-month, one-on-one faith-based program designed to help girls navigate this chaotic culture with confidence, truth, and a deeper relationship with Jesus. It’s not therapy. It’s not Sunday school. It’s personalized, biblically rooted coaching that helps her wrestle, grow, and become who God created her to be — bold, secure, and deeply grounded in her faith.
And listen, I live to speak to teen girls in person too. So if you're planning a youth event, retreat, or mother/daughter night — consider me your spiritual hype girl with a mic and a whole lot of love for the next generation.
Whether your daughter listens to the podcast solo in her room or you two tune in together during errands, you can trust that it’s a safe space — theologically sound, always scripture-based, and rooted in a heart that fiercely loves this generation (and fiercely supports you).
On the podcast, we just wrapped Season 1 in July, including our special “Dear Younger Me” mini-series that moms have loved just as much as their girls. So feel free to go back and binge those episodes — or jump into Season 2, launching Sunday, August 24th, with new episodes dropping every Sunday. I’d love for you to join me, whether you're listening alongside your daughter or cheering from the background.
I’ll leave you with this: I want nothing more than for these girls to stop blending in when they were called to stand out. We have to anchor their identity in Christ earlier than ever before — so they can walk in confidence, contribute to the Great Commission, and GO MAKE DISCIPLES.
Our motto? Biblically Salty. Eternally Lit.
And Mama, I want nothing more than your daughter to stay salty.
