Dr. D.J. Meredith

Dr. D.J. Meredith is a Houston-based Resilience Coach, ordained minister, and founder of She Is Flawless, a faith-centered coaching ministry devoted to helping women move from defeat to victory. With a heart for spiritual formation and emotional wholeness, she equips women to heal in spirit, soul, and body through biblical truth, testimony, and practical transformation.
 

Through one-on-one coaching, and written works, Dr. Meredith creates sacred spaces where women can confront disappointment, rediscover their voice, and rebuild their lives on the foundation of God’s Word. Her approach blends theology with lived experience—reminding women that resilience is not about striving, but about surrendering to the refining work of Christ.
 

In addition to her coaching ministry, she serves faithfully in church leadership by supporting in salvation and baptism. Her passion is to see women restored to emotional safety, strengthened in identity, and confident in their divine assignment. She has a deep love for writing and believes words, when yielded to God, become instruments of healing, clarity, courage, and spiritual
awakening.

  
Dr. Meredith believes that true success begins with intimacy with God and that healing is not a destination, but a daily walk of obedience and faith. Whether through a coaching session, or the written page, her mission remains the same: to uplift humanity by pointing hearts back to the unchanging character of God.

She lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband, Anthony Meredith, and fur baby, Yahfee Alexander Meredith where she continues to build spaces where women are reminded—they are chosen, equipped, and flawlessly held in the hands of God.
