Note From Tracy 

Tracy Schmidt is passionate about helping women reduce stress, restore their health, and create lives rooted in peace, purpose, and God's design. As the founder of Healthy Beginnings LLC and a health and life coach, she combines practical strategies in nutrition, movement, mindset, and nervous system health with faith-based encouragement to help women live healthy, wholehearted lives and confidently step into God's purpose for them.

Tracy lives in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Ryan, a personal trainer, and their daughters, Payton and Samantha. As a family, they love spending time outdoors—exploring local trails, enjoying summer days at the pool, and making healthy living a natural part of everyday life.

Whether coaching clients one-on-one, speaking, or writing, Tracy's heart is to empower women to care for their minds, bodies, and spirits so they can live with greater peace, energy, and confidence as they embrace the life God has called them to live.
