Recipes to Refresh and Delight


1. 🍑 Peach Mint Iced TeaLight, fruity, and perfectly southern.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed black tea (cooled)

  • 1 ripe peach, sliced

  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves

  • Honey or agave to taste

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add peach slices and mint to a pitcher.

  2. Pour in the cooled tea.

  3. Refrigerate 2–4 hours to infuse.

  4. Serve over ice with a sprig of mint.


2. 🍋 Lemon Lavender Green TeaFloral, calming, and delightfully bright.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed green tea (cooled)

  • 1 lemon, sliced

  • 1 tsp dried lavender (or 2 sprigs fresh)

  • Honey to taste

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add lemon and lavender to pitcher.

  2. Pour in cooled green tea.

  3. Chill for 2+ hours. Strain before serving.

  4. Garnish with lemon round.


3. 🍓 Strawberry Basil Herbal TeaBold, sweet, and garden-fresh.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed hibiscus or berry herbal tea (cooled)

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • 4–5 basil leaves

  • Sweetener of choice

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add strawberries and basil to pitcher.

  2. Pour in cooled herbal tea.

  3. Chill for at least 2 hours.

  4. Serve over ice with a strawberry garnish.


4. 🥐 Blueberry Citrus White TeaDelicate, refreshing, and antioxidant-rich.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed white tea (cooled)

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 orange, sliced into rounds

  • Honey or agave to taste

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Lightly muddle blueberries in the pitcher.

  2. Add orange slices and white tea.

  3. Refrigerate for 2+ hours.

  4. Serve with citrus twist.


5. 🍍 Pineapple Ginger Iced TeaTropical, zingy, and energizing.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups brewed green or black tea (cooled)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

  • 4–5 slices fresh ginger

  • Optional: splash of coconut water

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add pineapple and ginger to a pitcher.

  2. Pour in tea and optional coconut water.

  3. Chill for 2–4 hours.

  4. Strain before serving or leave fruit in for extra flavor.
