Consider This Your Wake-Up Call.

Updated: Jun 1

With all the noise, disruptions, and distractions that we become so easily entangled with, consider this your wake up call to yourself and your wellness.

How well do you feel right now emotionally, physically, and spiritually?

With summer approaching it fast now is the time to renew your mind and clean out the junk.

Here’s a few great ways to start without feeling overwhelmed.

Clean up your social media and start following healthy food and positive lifestyle habits, instead of scrolling through accounts that make you feel depleted. This can immediately ignite your mental wellbeing.

Clean out your fridge and pantry of foods that you know aren’t making you feel your best.

I like to remove one at a time, and replace with a healthier version so I am not overwhelmed.

Clean out a closet or a few drawers and donate what doesn’t fit. Have an attitude of excitement knowing soon, you’ll buy yourself a new outfit, maybe even a smaller size as you create healthier habits.

Choose a new workout class to try.

Many people become bored overtime, doing the same thing over and over, losing interest and motivation. I recommend finding something new and challenging to try. This will not only allow you to be more intentional about going, but you’ll meet a few new friends while you are there!

It is summer the season of health and wellness. Leave the stress about yesterday behind, partner up with God on your new journey, and commit to yourself that you will try something new.

With every season there’s a refreshing newness that can light you up and now is your time to take action, do something different, and watch how much you will grow.

The most important part is to always remember that you are so capable of making positive and powerful changes when you  partner up with God. Living healthy and well is His deepest desire for you. All you have to do is take the first step.
